WidePoint Corporation has announced a change in its certifying accountants following a merger between its current auditor, Moss Adams LLP, and Baker Tilly US, LLP. Effective June 3, 2025, the combined entity will operate under the Baker Tilly name, and Moss Adams has resigned as WidePoint's auditor. The company's Board of Directors has approved Baker Tilly as the new independent registered public accounting firm. The transition comes without any disagreements or reportable events between WidePoint and Moss Adams during the prior auditing periods. WidePoint has also secured a letter from Baker Tilly to confirm agreement with the statements made in the company's recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
