Oceaneering International Inc. has announced a CFO succession plan. Alan R. Curtis, the current CFO, will retire effective January 1, 2026. Mike Sumruld has been appointed as the new CFO, following a succession planning process. Oceaneering is a global technology company serving industries such as offshore energy, defense, aerospace, and manufacturing.
