Chorus (ASX:CNU, NZE:CNU) issued 170 million uninsured, subordinated, cumulative, and interest-bearing capital notes priced at NZ$1 apiece, according to a Friday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company's Australian and Kiwi shares each rose nearly 1% in recent Friday trade.
