UBS (UBS) hired David Larsen and Rob Michlovich from Bank of America (BAC) to strengthen its technology investment banking team in New York, Reuters reported Thursday, citing an internal memo.

Larsen will reportedly join in September to focus on application software, while Michlovich starts in July as managing director, covering industrial and supply chain software.

The pair has more than 30 years of combined experience advising on major mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, Reuters reported.

UBS and Bank of America did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
