Renze Harvest International Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were presented and approved. These included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and reports for the year ended 31 December 2024, the re-election of Mr. Li Minbin as an executive director, the re-election of Ms. Zhao Yizi as an independent non-executive director, and the re-election of Ms. Liu Jiaxin as an executive director. Additionally, Moore CPA Limited was re-appointed as auditors of the company.
