Mercurity Fintech (MFH) said Thursday it has entered into a partnership with SBI Digital Markets, part of Japan's SBI Group, to advance the global use of tokenized real-world assets.
Mercurity said its Chaince Securities unit will facilitate the distribution of SBI's tokenized products, while SBI Digital Markets will provide MFH with the tools and infrastructure needed to expand its tokenization and digital asset services.
Shares of the company were up about 9% in recent trading.
