However, the sales area decreased by 19.1% to approximately 819,100 square meters. Cumulatively, from January to May 2025, the contracted property sales reached approximately RMB90.438 billion, with a sales area of about 3,748,000 square meters, marking a year-on-year decrease of 11.1% and 5.6%, respectively.
