China Power International Development Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 5 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put to vote. The proposal to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements was approved. Additionally, the proposal to re-elect retiring directors was approved. All ordinary resolutions presented at the meeting were duly passed.
