Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. has announced a significant expansion of its global network, with the launch of new passenger services to several destinations in 2025. The airline has introduced flights to Hyderabad, Dallas-Fort Worth, Urumqi, and Rome, marking its return to the Italian capital. Additionally, HK Express, Cathay's low-cost carrier, has begun services to destinations including Sendai, Nha Trang, Ishigaki, Komatsu, Changzhou, and Yiwu. The expansion brings the Cathay Group's combined passenger network to nearly 100 destinations worldwide by mid-year. The new Hong Kong-Rome service, operating three times a week using the Airbus A350-900, further strengthens Cathay Pacific's connectivity between Hong Kong and Europe, where it now serves 12 destinations. Further routes to Munich and Brussels are set to launch this summer, enhancing travel options for customers.
