Vinyl Confirms Court Orders for Cleansing Notice Relief

Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL) obtained federal court orders granting relief for its inadvertent failure to lodge cleansing notices within the prescribed period under the Corporations Act 2001, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The company had sought the court's intervention following a trading halt and voluntary suspension to address the missed lodgements related to certain share issues, the filing said.

The federal court granted an extension to issue the cleansing notices, ensuring those shares remain freely tradable.

The group said the amended orders correcting a minor clerical issue will be lodged with the Australian Stock Exchange separately.
