Colliers International to Buy Controlling Stake in Astris Infrastructure

Colliers International Group (CIGI) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Astris Infrastructure for an undisclosed amount.

Astris a global investment banking firm working in infrastructure and energy transition.

The company said Wednesday that as part of the deal, senior leadership of Astris, along with nine senior team members, will retain significant ownership in the business.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.
