Fast Fitness Japan (TYO:7092) is renewing its master franchise agreement with Anytime Fitness Franchisor, to secure exclusive rights to operate Anytime Fitness studios in Japan for another 15 years.

The rights will be effective from June 9, 2025, to June 8, 2040, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.

The company said it is in ongoing discussions for further provisions aimed at expanding the Anytime Fitness business in Japan, including enhancing brand recognition and new store development.
