China Castson 81 Finance Co. Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 6 June 2025. The proposals included adopting the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditor for the year ended 31 December 2024, re-electing Mr. Lee Kwok Leung as Executive Director, and re-electing Mr. Tam Yuk Sang, Sammy as Independent Non-executive Director. All proposals were approved.
