Bread Financial Holdings (BFH) said Thursday that $536.8 million worth of its 9.750% senior notes due 2029 had been validly tendered as of June 4 as part of its $150 million debt buyback.
For the accepted tenders, the company said it will pay $1,071.25 for each $1,000 worth of notes.
