Mind Technology Inc. has announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm following the merger of Moss Adams LLP with Baker Tilly US, LLP, effective June 3, 2025. As a result of this merger, Moss Adams resigned as Mind Technology's auditor, and the company's Audit Committee has approved the engagement of Baker Tilly as the new independent auditor. The transition comes without any disagreements or reportable events with Moss Adams concerning accounting principles or practices. The audit reports by Moss Adams for the fiscal years ending January 31, 2024, and 2025, were free of adverse opinions or modifications. Moss Adams has confirmed its agreement with the statements made by Mind Technology in a letter filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
