1210 ET - RH continues to face external volatility as tariffs, economic uncertainty and a slowing luxury housing market threaten demand for its high-end home furnishings, UBS analysts said in a note. At the same time, the company is making a lot of smart moves internally, working to transform its assortment, expand in the US and abroad and add further promotions. But in such an environment, those actions load on uncertainty for RH's performance and boost volatility around earnings, they said. "Said simply, there's a lot of execution risk ahead," they said.
