Helius Medical Technologies (HSDT) said late Wednesday it priced an offering of about 2.77 million shares of its Class A common stock and warrants to purchase up to the same number of shares at a combined price of $3.27 a share and accompanying warrants.
Shares sank 61% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 27.6 million from a daily average of about 16,700.
Mullen Automotive (MULN) said Thursday it resolved a lawsuit filed by Bollinger Motors' founder, allowing its Bollinger unit to exit receivership.
The company said Mullen increased its ownership in Bollinger Motors to 95% as part of the settlement.
Shares slumped 55% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 6.1 million from a daily average of about 751,000.
Cibus (CBUS) said Thursday it priced an offering of about 15.7 million of its class A common shares at $1.75 apiece for gross proceeds of roughly $27.5 million.
Shares retreated 31% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 3.6 million from a daily average of roughly 163,000.
