Technology stocks were flat to lower pre-bell Monday with the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) inactive and the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.3% recently.
Alphabet (GOOGL, GOOG) said it would appeal an antitrust decision by Judge Amit Mehta, who is mulling options on how to limit the tech giant's monopoly in search. Shares of Alphabet were down more than 2% premarket.
