WhiteFiber Inc., the wholly-owned HPC subsidiary of Bit Digital, Inc., has completed the acquisition of a 96-acre, approximately 1 million square foot industrial property in Madison, North Carolina. This facility will be transformed into a flagship AI data center campus. The purchase was funded using $45 million in cash on hand. Bit Digital plans to engage in commercial mortgage financing for the site. The property will support up to 200 MW of high-performance computing power, with the first 24 MW expected to be operational by the end of 2025. This acquisition is seen as a significant step in scaling Bit Digital's AI infrastructure platform.
