Sika Interplant Systems Signs License Agreement with Collins Aerospace; Shares Jump 15%

Sika Interplant Systems (BOM:523606) has entered into a license agreement with Goodrich Actuation Systems SAS (France) and Goodrich Actuation Systems Limited (UK), all part of Collins Aerospace, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Under the pact, SIKA will be licensed to undertake maintenance, repair, and overhaul of specific primary flight control actuation part numbers for which Collins is the original equipment manufacturer.

SIKA is also authorised to service components from aircraft registered in India and select neighbouring countries.

The company's shares surged nearly 15% in recent trade.
