As of December 31, 2024, Philip Morris International reported that its smoke-free products, which include heat-not-burn, nicotine pouch, and e-vapor products, were available in 95 markets globally. These products accounted for 42% of the company's total net revenues in the first quarter of 2025. The company estimates that 38.6 million adults worldwide used its smoke-free products by the end of 2024. Since 2008, Philip Morris International has invested over $14 billion to develop, substantiate, and commercialize these innovative smoke-free products. In terms of adjustments, the company reported various charges impacting its earnings, including restructuring charges, impairment of intangibles, and a loss on the sale of Vectura Group. The company highlighted a total adjustment of $2.05 per share for the year 2024.
