The company reported an 8% increase in Rental and Related Income and Community Net Operating Income for the first quarter of 2025. Normalized Funds from Operations grew by 25%, with a 5% increase per diluted share. Same Property Community NOI also rose by 8%, with occupancy increasing by 70 basis points to 87.9%. Additionally, UMH acquired two fully occupied, age-restricted communities in New Jersey, adding 266 homesites to its portfolio.
