** British investment firm Rosebank Industries <ROSE.L> said it has restarted talks to buy U.S.-based Electrical Components International, which makes wire harnesses, for under $1.9 billion.

** France's Sanofi <SASY.PA> has agreed to buy U.S.-based Blueprint Medicines Corporation for over $9 billion to boost its position in rare immunology diseases, in what would be the biggest healthcare deal in Europe this year, according to LSEG data.

** The French state has made a 410 million euros ($466.33 million) confirmatory offer to buy part of the former Advanced Computing business of tech company Atos <ATOS.PA>, said Atos.

** Australian investment firm Washington H Soul Pattinson <SOL.AX> will buy out its building products affiliate Brickworks <BKW.AX> creating a new company worth A$14 billion ($9.03 billion), the companies said.

** Frankfurt-listed IT services provider Datagroup SE <D6HG.DE> said on Sunday that KKR <KKR.N> has made a conditional proposal to increase the potential acquisition offer to up to 58 euros ($65.84) per share.
