SF Holding (SHE:002352) said its overseas subsidiaries have repurchased $101.4 million and $78.3 million worth of US dollar bonds as part of a $350 million tender offer.
All repurchased bonds will be canceled after settlement, expected around June 4, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the logistics company rose 4% in recent trade.
