June 3 - (The Insurer) - Oak Re has continued its build-out with the addition of Jessica Turner as head of exposure management.
Turner, most recently head of exposure management at MS Amlin, announced the move on her LinkedIn profile.
She joins Oak Re after two years with MS Amlin, which followed almost five years at Guy Carpenter as head of international cat advisory.
Turner is the latest former RMS staff member to join Oak Re. Chief risk officer Kirsten Mitchell-Wallace and head of catastrophe research Richard Dixon also spent time with the modelling firm earlier in their careers.
London-based Oak Re launched at the beginning of this year and underwrites business through Lloyd’s Syndicate 2843.
Oak Re is led by former RenaissanceRe Europe CUO Cathal Carr as CEO, and is the first full syndicate managed by Polo Managing Agency Ltd.
