Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. has amended its employment agreement with Douglas Vizzini, the company's Vice President of Finance and Assistant Company Secretary. As per the new terms agreed upon on May 27, 2025, the company now has the option to terminate the agreement at any time, provided they give Mr. Vizzini three months' notice. In such a case, he will receive severance pay equal to the greater of the amount required by applicable law or 100% of his current base salary. This amendment modifies the termination provisions of the original 2012 agreement, while all other terms remain unchanged.
