Safe and Green Development (SGD) said Tuesday it closed its acquisition of Resource Group US, which focuses on transforming organic green waste materials into engineered soil and mulch products.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Shares slumped 19% as intraday trading volume rose to over 2.9 million from a daily average of about 299,000.
Mizuho adjusted the share price target for Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA) to $161 from $166 while maintaining the company's neutral rating.
Shares fell 2.2%, with intraday trading volume at over 610,000 from the stock's daily average of about 931,000.
