Gogoro Inc. has announced changes to its management team and board of directors. Mr. Yoshihiko Yamada's term as director has expired, and he is succeeded by Ms. Karen Yifen Chang, who will join the audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees. Ms. Chang brings extensive experience from her previous roles in the retail and consumer industry. Additionally, the term of Chief Operations Officer Mr. Pass Liao has concluded, with Ms. Theresa Huang, vice president of the Operation Center, taking over his responsibilities.
