0731 GMT - Dutch insurer NN Group has better earnings and valuations potential than its peer ASR Nederland, JP Morgan says in a research note. NN, which held an investor day recently, has a more diversified and stronger growth outlook than previously expected for the next few years, analysts write. "Our new forecasts suggest NN can deliver similar EPS growth to ASR with less dependence on the lower-growth core Netherlands Life division and over 50% of earnings from other units including Europe and Japan by 2028," they write. Meanwhile, ASR's growth is supported by acquisition synergies but leaves it dependent on the structurally lower growth Dutch life market. JPM raises NN to overweight and cuts ASR to neutral.
