Commerce Resources Corp. has announced the appointment of Nicholas Holthouse as its new President and CEO, effective June 1, 2025. Holthouse, a mining engineer with 36 years of industry experience, has previously held leadership roles in the global rare earths sector. Following the anticipated merger with Mont Royal Resources, expected by late July, he will also assume the role of Managing Director of the merged entity, based in Montreal, Québec.
