Les enphants (TPE:2911) will sign a memorandum of understanding on behalf of its unit, L.E. Venture, for the planned equity sale of Shanghai Les Enphants.
The move is part of the company's asset-light strategy in China aimed at revitalizing Chinese operations, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Further announcements will be made upon MOU finalization, the apparel retailer said.
