Adjusted EBITDA also saw an increase, reaching $254.8 million compared to $236.1 million in fiscal 2024's third quarter. Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its full-year fiscal 2025 financial guidance, projecting consolidated net sales in the range of $9.0 billion to $9.5 billion. It also expects a consolidated gross profit margin between 13.8% and 14.5%, with diluted earnings per share expected to range from $3.30 to $4.00.
