New Era Helium Inc. has announced a new partnership through its joint venture, Texas Critical Data Centers, LLC (TCDC), by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with PowerForward Energy Solutions $(PFES)$. This collaboration aims to provide 250MW of on-site generation capacity to power a planned AI and high-performance computing campus in Ector County, Texas. PFES will manufacture, install, and operate the generation assets at the site, with the first 100MW set to be delivered within 12 months of funding. This strategic move aligns with New Era Helium's expansion into natural gas and digital infrastructure, aiming to deliver long-term value across multiple energy sectors.
