COSCO Shipping's (HKG:1919, SHA:601919) controlling shareholder and its persons acting in concert increased their holdings in the company after cancelling repurchased shares, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The shareholding ratio of China COSCO Shipping and its persons acting in concert rose to a total of 45.25% from 44.84%.
The shipping company's total number of issued shares was changed to about 15.5 billion shares after cancelling its repurchased 92 million H shares and 52.4 million A shares.
