Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. $(JLL)$ Capital Markets has announced the successful sale of the DHT-4 Last Mile, a state-of-the-art, 141,360-square-foot industrial facility in the Northwest Houston submarket of Cypress, Texas. The Class A property, completed in 2022, boasts modern features like 32-foot clear heights, LED lighting, and ESFR fire suppression. Fully leased to a leading e-commerce company, the facility is located at 15302 Cypress North Houston Road, strategically positioned for easy access to Highway 290 and Beltway 8. JLL represented the seller, Vigavi Realty, LLC, in the transaction, with Allegra Holding Group acquiring the asset. According to JLL's Senior Managing Director Trent Agnew, the property attracted significant investor interest due to its quality construction, strategic location, and long-term tenancy, promising stable cash flow for the new owner.
