Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care (NSE:PGHH, BOM:500459) reported a consolidated profit of 1.56 billion Indian rupees for the quarter ended March 31, up from 1.54 billion rupees a year earlier.
Earnings per share stood at 48.1 rupees, up from 47.6 rupees in the same quarter last year, according to a Wednesday filing on the local bourses.
Total income dropped to 10.1 billion rupees from 10.2 billion rupees a year ago.
The company recommended a final dividend of 65 rupees per equity share of 10 rupees each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, payable between Aug. 27 and Sept. 23.
