Alexander & Baldwin Inc. has announced a new development project at Komohana Industrial Park in Kapolei, O'ahu. The Hawai'i-based company plans to construct two Class A industrial buildings, totaling approximately 121,000 square feet of gross leasable area. This project involves replacing an existing 16,000-square-foot building with a 91,000-square-foot distribution center pre-leased to Lowe's and a 30,000-square-foot speculative build that could be divided into two units. Upon completion, the industrial park's gross leasable area will increase by 44% to about 343,000 square feet. The construction is anticipated to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.
