Fly-E Group Inc., a Delaware corporation, along with its affiliates Fly-E Bike, Inc., FlyBwy, Inc., and FlyCycle, Inc., has reached a settlement with UL LLC. The settlement, finalized on May 21, 2025, resolves litigation concerning the sale of products featuring UL Marks that had not been tested or certified by UL. As part of the agreement, Fly-E Group Inc. and its affiliates will pay UL a total of $1,000,000 by November 30, 2025. Additionally, they have consented to a judgment and permanent injunction, agreeing to cease the sale or distribution of uncertified products bearing UL Marks. This settlement concludes all legal disputes between the parties, with each side releasing the other from any claims related to the matter.
