Shares of Rigetti Computing declined after disclosing an agreement with Jefferies in which it may issue or sell at various times shares of its common stock worth up to $350 million.
Shares were off by 6.3% at $12.32 in late morning trading on Friday. The stock is down 19% this year.
The full-stack quantum computing services provider said it provided Jefferies with customary indemnification rights. Jefferies will be entitled to a commission of up to 3% of the gross proceeds of any of the shares sold through or to Jefferies under the agreement, it added.
