1352 ET - Abercrombie & Fitch had a strong launch to its wedding shop in 2024, but it hasn't been able to maintain growth at the same clip. The wedding shop launched in March 2024 with strong sales, but those numbers didn't compare as well in 1Q of 2025, Chief Executive Fran Horowitz says. "We had dresses that were strong, that sold," Horowitz says, but the sales didn't meet the level of when the shop launched last year. She says she's hoping to see an inflection in the second half of the year. Overall, the Abercrombie brand had a tough quarter to compare with, as the prior year's period had particularly high growth.(katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
