CN Logistics International Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2025. During the meeting, the audited consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2024 were considered and adopted. Additionally, a proposal to declare a final dividend of HK1 cent per share for the year ended 31 December 2024 was approved. All resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed.
