Henderson Land Development (HKG:0012) sold 514 units, or 70% of the total, at phase 1 of its Belgravia Place development, The Standard reported Wednesday.
The developer plans to sell more units at the Cheung Sha Wan development at more expensive prices, with the increased price range expected to fall somewhere between 3% and 5%, the report said, citing Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager at the company.
Show units for the Belgravia Place project are expected to be opened at the end of June, with delivery for the units scheduled for September, The Standard said, citing Lam.
