Box Sees Variety of Deal Sizes With AI Adoption in Early Stages -- Market Talk

Dow Jones

1251 ET - After rolling out a new set of AI features earlier this month, Box is seeing a wide spectrum of deal sizes as organizations remain in the early stages of AI adoption, CEO Aaron Levie says during the company's earnings call. "We're not at a kind of normalized point," he says. Box's customers span a wide range of industries, too, including the public sector, legal industry, universities and financial services, he says. Many customers tend to look to Box's AI agents for similar uses, though, including to parse or extract from existing data sets, like pulling details from contracts or validating the information in a bank statement, he says.
