Vinland Lithium Inc. has announced significant developments in its Killick Lithium Project located in Newfoundland, Canada. The project, situated within a newly identified lithium belt, has shown promising potential for further discoveries of high-grade lithium and cesium pegmatites. In collaboration with the Critical Minerals Research Initiative, a total of $1.3 million is being invested over four years to conduct detailed research in the area. Piedmont Lithium Inc., a prominent North American lithium company, has acquired a 19.9% stake in Vinland by investing CAD$2.0 million. Additionally, Piedmont has the option to increase its interest to 62.5% by committing CAD$12.0 million towards exploration and development over the next 54 months. This strategic partnership aims to leverage Piedmont's technical expertise and capitalize on the geological similarities between its Carolina Lithium property and the Killick/Kraken pegmatites.
