Highway Holdings Limited has announced the granting of awards totaling 150,000 restricted shares to its directors and officers under the company's 2020 Stock Option and Restricted Stock Plan. The awards, announced on May 1, 2025, will vest over different periods, with shares for the directors vesting in three years and those for the officers in five years. If any recipient leaves the company before their shares vest, Highway Holdings retains the right to repurchase the shares at a nominal price of $0.01 per share. These restricted shares are not registered and cannot be sold for at least six months from the date of the grant.
