Sega Sammy Holdings Unit Finalizes GAN Acquisition for $96 Million

Sega Sammy Holdings (TYO:6460) subsidiary Sega Sammy Creation completed the acquisition of GAN Limited on May 27, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo bourse.

The final acquisition cost was revised to $96 million (13.9 million yen) from $95.8 million, due to a recalculation of the number of shares, the company said in the filing.

Including advisory fees and other expenses of about 1.28 billion yen, the total cost came to roughly 15.13 billion yen, the company said in the filing.

The company said the impact on its consolidated financial results is still being assessed and will be disclosed at a later date.
