** Cloud security company Zscaler's ZS.O shares rise 4.2% to $261.58 premarket

** Co named Kevin Rubin as its chief financial officer and raised its annual results forecast on Thursday

** At least 4 brokerages increased their PT post the results

** RBC remains bullish on co, citing strong quarterly performance, improved outlook, and strategic initiatives like a new CFO and flexible credit offerings

** Co now expects annual earnings between $3.18 and $3.19 per share, against its earlier forecast of $3.04 to $3.09 apiece
