China Fortune Holdings Limited held its Annual General Meeting on 30 May 2025. During the meeting, shareholders approved the audited consolidated financial statements and reports of the directors and auditor for the year ended 31 December 2024. Additionally, Ms. Lau Zi Yin, Michelle was re-elected as an executive director of the Company. All proposals were approved.
