Modine Manufacturing Company, a leader in thermal management technology, has announced its agreement to acquire L.B. White, a global provider of specialty heating solutions. The acquisition is set to close on May 31, 2025, pending customary closing conditions. L.B. White, known for its market-leading position in agriculture heating solutions, is expected to report $73.5 million in revenue for fiscal 2025. The deal, valued at approximately $112 million, aims to diversify Modine's HVAC offerings by integrating L.B. White into its HVAC Technologies product group. Modine CEO Neil D. Brinker highlighted the strategic alignment of this acquisition with the company's long-term growth objectives.
