Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE) said Friday it has submitted six utility patent applications to the US Patent and Trademark Office, or USPTO, for its Zeus microreactor.
The company is developing Zeus as a solid-core battery reactor with a fully sealed core that utilizes a conductive moderator matrix to dispel fission heat, Nano Nuclear added.
Shares of the company were down more than 4% in recent Friday premarket activity.
